Store Manager H/F - Approach People Recruitment

We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Store Manager with experience in the jewelry sector to join our clients exclusive boutique in Lyon. If you have strong management skills and a passion for fine jewelry, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the boutique
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and personalized client consultations
- Maintain and display the jewelry collection to the highest standards
- Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage inventory and orders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve targets

Requirements:

- Bilingual in French and English
- 2-3 years of experience in the jewelry sector, ideally in a similar role
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Passion for jewelry and a keen interest in luxury goods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
